Denise has over 20 years of HR experience working both in-house with major Valley corporations and as a consultant. Clients rely on Denise to provide practical solutions to their HR needs. Throughout her career, Denise has conducted numerous workplace investigations and helped hundreds of employers navigate the interactive process. Denise has performed all duties involved in the employment lifecycle from hiring to termination.
Michelle Littlewood, Esq.
Co-Founder & Owner
Michelle has been an employment lawyer since 1999. Her primary focus is on helping employers navigate California’s complex laws and regulations. Through years of courtroom experience, she knows what constitutes a solid defense. Observing that many employers could have avoided litigation or greatly mitigated their exposure if they had been counseled in the early stages of workplace issues, Michelle left her litigation practice to pursue her passion of consulting. In 2015, Michelle left a national consulting firm to start her own business, CoreHR Team headquartered in Fresno, California.
Consuelo Martinez, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Director of Consulting Services & Bilingual Consultant
Consuelo has over 13 years of experience in human resources. Consuelo spent 10 years with a large international manufacturing company. She has specialized in performance improvement, managing leaves of absence, conducting background checks, and KPI reporting for 1500+ employee company. Consuelo is bilingual and can assist our clients in either English or Spanish.
Director of Operations
Pamela works closely with CoreHR’s clients to maximize the client experience and ensure client satisfaction. CoreHR’s clients enjoy Pamela’s bright smile and diligent work ethic. Before joining CoreHR, Pamela managed a busy financial planning office for over a decade and she also worked as a grant writer for California State University, Fresno in the University Business Center.
Pamela has her B.S. in Biology and a Masters Degree in Human Anatomy.
Terry Gerbs, MA, PHR, SHRM-CP
Director of Opportunities & Bilingual HR Consultant
Terry is a seasoned human resources professional with over fifteen years of experience. She has worked in industries such as hospitality, construction, healthcare, telecommunications, retail and consulting. Terry holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development & Leadership from the University of the Rockies and a Bachelor’s of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix. She is versed in California law and holds the SHRM California Law HR Specialty Credential and is SHRM-CP and PHR certified. She is an active member of the Central California SHRM (CCSHRM) and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM.)
Sara Cribari Hill
Talent Development & Strategy Director
Sara Cribari Hill is based in Merced and supports the northern Central Valley market along with our existing client base. Sara joined us in January 2019 from Old Navy at Gap Inc. where she spent the first ten years of her career, the majority in human resource management. She helps to serve our clients by focusing on their overall talent strategy with trainings, programs, talent development, marketing, and communications. She is also one of our certified Predictive Index facilitators.
Sara graduated from Leadership Merced in May 2018 and is currently a facilitator and program manager for the program. She was honored as one of Merced County’s 20 Under 40 Rising Leaders in October 2018 through the Merced Sun-Star. She also writes for the Merced County Times in her column ‘The New Breed.’ She currently sits on Merced’s Citizen Advisory Review committee and the Merced County Arts Council as a board member.
